Guarantee Period

  • Standard repairs: 90 days from completion date
  • Major repairs and restorations: 180 days from completion date
  • Parts replacement: Warranty period as specified by manufacturer

What Is Covered

Our guarantee covers:

  • Functionality issues directly related to our repair work
  • Defects in materials supplied by us

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our guarantee:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by others
  • Environmental damage including water, fire, or electrical surges

Making a Claim

If you experience issues with a repair covered under our guarantee:

  1. Contact us within the guarantee period via phone or email
  2. Provide your original repair invoice or reference number
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail
  4. Bring the item back to our workshop for assessment

Assessment Process

Upon receiving your claim:

  • We will inspect the item to determine if the issue is covered under guarantee
  • If covered, we will repair the issue at no additional charge
  • If not covered, we will provide a quote for additional repair work
  • Assessment typically takes 1-3 business days

Refund Policy

In cases where we cannot successfully complete a repair:
